Method 1: Paste Values Only Using keyboard Shortcut

So you can use Ctrl + Alt + V In Microsoft Excel and in the “Paste Special” dialog box, select “Values” or ” Press V Second time and press enter. Method 2: Paste Values Only
- Copy the data you want to paste into Excel.
- Select the cell or range of cells in Excel where you want to paste the data.
- Right-click on the selected cell(s) and choose “Paste Special” from the context menu.
- In the “Paste Special” dialog box, select “Values” or “Values and Number Formats” (depending on your preference) from the options.
- Click the “OK” button.
Method 3: Use the “Paste” Options Button
- Copy the data you want to paste into Excel.
- Select the cell or range of cells in Excel where you want to paste the data.
- Right-click on the selected cell(s) and choose “Paste” from the context menu.
- After pasting, a small “Paste Options” button will appear near the pasted data.
- Click on the “Paste Options” button, and choose “Values” or “Values and Number Formats” (depending on your preference).
Method 4: Paste and Clear Excel Formulas
- Copy the data you want to paste into Excel.
- Select the cell or range of cells in Excel where you want to paste the data.
- Paste the data using Ctrl+V or right-click and select “Paste.”
- After pasting, select the cell(s) containing the pasted data.
- Go to the “Home” tab on the Excel ribbon.
- In the “Editing” group, click on the “Clear” button.
- From the dropdown menu, select “Clear Formulas.”
